TeleCompass Inc was established in 1998 and the owner is Abdallah Abi-Aad

Abdallah is a Senior Project Management expert with over 30 years experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications. He has extensive background managing projects in broadband systems, software development, systems implementation and operation, telecommunications and network technologies, IT security, IT and project management training.

Over the course of his varied career, Abdallah has held a number of senior management positions in private industry as well as a Senior Consultant in various Federeal government departments including: Health Canada, Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), Canadian Heritage, Public Safety Canada, Industry Canada - CIPO, Elections Canada, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), PWGSC: ITS-RMS, PWGSC - PDO

Abdallah professional designations include:
  - Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  - ITIL foundation v3
  - Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  - Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)

Abdallah is fully trilingual and possesses a Top Secret security clearance.
